Please read through carefully before placing your orders

1) How to Order
Regarding inquiries or ordering, you can drop us an email at luxenbagsavenue@gmail.comor text message to Whats app/ WeChat/ Viber +6018-2828 893. We will try our best to reply soonest possible.

All sales are final and upon confirmation and payment, there'll be no changes or cancellation can be made.
Pre- order item: Minimum 50% deposit of item's value is required to proceed the order.

Deposit paid is not refundable and will be forfeited if one decided to cancel the order thereafter.

Unless the item is sold out, we will fully refund the deposit for you. Items availability is based on first come first served basis upon payment.

2) Payment
Prices displayed on the Luxe N Bags website are quoted in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR).

1.We accept Online Banking Transfers. 
Payment is made by online transfer to our Maybank account. Details will be provided upon confirmation.
2. Credit Cards (via Paypal secured online payment). 
Please note an additional 4% surcharge is applicable on any credit card payments via PayPal.
3. Selected Visa/Master credit card for EzPay Installment Plan
4. Cash On Delivery (within Kuala Lumpur area).

Your item will be reserved for you for the next 24 hours and you will be required to make the payment within 24 hours after the confirmation of order.

Upon a successful bank transfer, you will be required to notify us of your full name, item, amount, and transaction reference number to complete your order.

Orders will be cancelled if payment is not received after 2 days.

3) Shipping
Luxe N Bags Avenue offer free shipping (within Malaysia) with Pos Laju Malaysia service.

For other countries, please refer to the rates and estimated date of arrival at: http://www.pos.com.my/pos/appl/general_mail_rate.aspIt is a hassle free delivery to your doorstep.

Additional delays may occur during peak periods (such as during festival seasons) due to high demand and particularly busy periods for postal services.

We are not responsible for losses of or damage to your order in transit. This responsibility is passed on to you as soon as we hand your order over to the shipping company. 

4) Return/Exchange
Luxe N Bags Avenue is proud to stand behind the authenticity and quality of all the items sold.

Before an item is shipped, we do a detail checking to ensure the physical conditions. Your satisfaction is our priority.

All items sold in Luxe N Bags Avenue is 100%guaranteed authentic, brand new and in good conditions.

All sales are final; all items sold are non-refundable, returnable and exchangeable.

5) Posting On Behalf of Seller/Bag Owner
We do not charge fee or commission from the sales of your bags.

Buyer will contact directly with the bag owner and all the details will be on the posting. All the pictures of the bag and details will be provided by bag owner/seller.

We do not take any responsibility for any items posted as we posting on behalf of the bag owner.
